Delivery of Merchandise

The goods are delivered by Registered Regular Airmail and have to be signed upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not delivered in the allotted time frame, please contact us by writing a ticket specifying your order number. If you are not able to provide us with the order number, please indicate your name, the delivery address and the approximate date you have paid for your order. We will attempt to track the order.

Delivery Timeframes

The average delivery timeframe to United States is 7-21 days; to Europe the orders are normally delivered between 7-14 days. It may happen for the orders to delay due to custom procedures, in such cases, please e-mail us the seizure letter for us to be able to assist you. In case the orders are not delivered within 30 days, please contact us for further investigation in the matter.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped out within 24-48 business hours from the moment we receive your payment. In the event that your order is split into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of 1 to 5 days. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within first 12 hours after payment completion. If you intend to cancel an order, please e-mail us a cancellation request specifying order number, your name, and shipping address. In case you miss to inform us in time, your order will be processed and charged respectively.

Claims & Refund

If the order is not delivered within maximum 30 days timeframe, nor you haven’t received a seizure letter from customs or FDA, please contact us for further assistance. In case the customer is delivered a wrong order, we will replace the order as soon as possible. In case the order is seized at customs, please send us the seizure letter at seized@zeoxx.com and we will assist you in the matter. Please be aware that we are not reshipping to to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Korea.
